Permits and Approvals
We will undertake the submission of all necessary documentation to the city and secure all permits required for construction. Depending on your project only a building permit may be required. However some projects will require minor variance application or development approval before a building permit can be issued. We are experienced in this process and will ensure the correct steps are taken for the approval.
For infill homes requiring demolition of an existing structure, a demolition permit will be required in addition to a building permit.
